Refund policy

Faulty Items: If your order arrives faulty please contact us on labreekids@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving your order, so we can resolve the problem.

Change of mind: We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind. So please choose carefully.

Wrong Size: If the wrong size is purchased we will exchange it for the size required (provided the tags are left on the item and it is in brand new condition). However, if the item is sold out then a store credit will be offered. Return shipping will be at the buyers expense.

Sale Items: There will be no refunds or exchanges on sale items. So please choose carefully.
